At Luwnah, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order is considered dispatched once it's handed to the shipping carrier and in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and are calculated after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Delivery to UK & Europe: Most orders arrive within 6-12 business days after it's handed of to the shipping courier

Delivery to Australia & New Zealand: Most orders arrive within 6-12 business days after it's handed of to the shipping courier.

Delivery to the USA & Canada: Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after it's handed of to the shipping courier.
During peak times and holidays, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. International orders may face unexpected customs delays that extend beyond the estimated shipping time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details during checkout. Inaccurate details may delay processing or lead to cancellation. Our support team will email you within three business days if we detect an address issue. If there's no response within this time, we may cancel your order.
If you spot an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@luwnah.com within 24 hours. We'll try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we work hard to ship all orders promptly. However, some delays may arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or courier issues. In such cases, we collaborate with the courier to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Please note that Luwnah is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We'll always do our best to keep you informed about your order status and assist in resolving any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us at hello@luwnah.com, and we'll assist you. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier company and also letting us know, and we'll follow up on your behalf.
While Luwnah cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds, we will do our best to assist you. In some cases, a replacement may be offered, depending on the situation.
