Luwnah Satisfaction Guarantees and Returns Policy
Overview
At Luwnah, we are dedicated to providing products that support your health and well-being. We believe in the effectiveness of our items and set forth specific satisfaction guarantee periods for different products. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee Periods
- RootRevival Crown: 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We recommend using the RootRevival Crown consistently for at least 150 days before evaluating its benefits.
- All Other Products: 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We recommend using these products consistently for at least 45 days before considering a return.
If, after the recommended trial period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@luwnah.com within the applicable guarantee period to discuss a return.
Cancellation Policy
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, your order moves into processing and may not be changeable.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.
180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (RootRevival Crown)
For the RootRevival Crown, we encourage a longer consistent use—at least 150 days—to fully realize its potential. If you are still not satisfied after this period and within 180 days of purchase, you may request a return and refund. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (All Other Products)
We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of our standard product range. Try them for at least 45 days to experience their benefits. If, after 45 days and within the 90-day guarantee period, you remain unsatisfied, you may request a return and refund. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page form or email us at hello@luwnah.com. For faster processing, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase.
Damaged Items
- We take great care to ensure products arrive in good condition.
- Items are considered damaged if they have clear defects or are physically broken. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify.
- Report any damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@luwnah.com with clear photos.
- We will review your claim to determine eligibility for a free replacement.
- We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen factors may occur. If you experience delivery issues, contact the courier directly. Luwnah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If incorrect and not reported within 24 hours, we cannot provide a resend or refund.
